I want to say THANK YOU for proving to us that making the switch to ServerPhase would be beneficial.  This was the best decision that Regal Personnel made a little over a year ago. We initially were using another company when you came in and listened to our concerns and asked us to take a chance. Everything that you “sold us” on has come to materialize.

Most importantly, I want to thank Allen Barnes in the NOC center for his thoroughness when he assists us. It does not matter when I call him, I know that it will be done!  I feel like he carefully listens our company’s needs and then goes above and beyond the call of duty to help me. 

I have a wonderful working relationship with Allen, and would not change him for anyone because he “listens” to my rants and raves and ensures that we are taken care of.
